about

Performed by the Brothers Blind, a band I was in around 20 years ago. Formed by Dom Lewis in a kitchen in Mile end, the band grew to include myself as originally the main songwriter but as time went on Grant, on guitar who was known around Adelaide's punk and hardcore scene as a guitar player in the mighty KEETH, and Andrew who, although a incredibly talented guitar player in his own right, took on the roll as bass player.
All had a role in writing the music.
Dom was the chief lyric writer, drawing upon his years of writing poetry and ,with a few little tweaks by myself and the rest of the band, those poems and words became songs.
Robbie was the reluctant member who, on the cello, provided us with both a good dash of cynicism alongside a beautiful accompaniment to the music we were making. Jack on Congas added to the unusual flavours of the sounds we created.
